The Rural Tourism Building includes the Main House, the Swimming Pool (bar, changing rooms and barbecue), the Tennis Court, Landscaped Spaces, several storage rooms, car parking space. This property is duly licensed for exploration of Tourism in the Rural Space and restoration of the DGT and the City Council of Covilhã.
